Meet Dr. Colleen K
Dr. Colleen K began her career in clinical practice with a focus on evidence-based care and later transitioned into educating future healthcare professionals. Through decades in healthcare, she saw how many professional women struggle with low energy, high stress, and barriers within the healthcare system - and set out to change that.
Motivated to help, Dr. Colleen K developed the Mind, Body, & Soul® Framework, a whole-person approach to health, and stepped into speaking to empower women with practical, science-backed strategies to improve their energy, wellbeing, and confidence in navigating their health. Through these frameworks, Dr. Colleen shares knowledge from her years as a Nursing Professor, Nurse Practitioner, and author with a PhD in nursing, Master of Public Health, Master of Science in Nursing, and an ordained Minister.
Her books ‘Menopause, Rurality, and Obesity in Rural African American Women’ and ‘Miraculous Favor and the Power of Prayer’ have inspired readers to be resilient and take ownership of their wellbeing and apply simple, sustainable strategies to improve their daily lives.
